🔁 Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.


📦 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact


🔄 Exchange Options

We currently offer size or product exchanges based on stock availability.

If your requested size/product is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


📥 How to Request a Return/Exchange

Go to My Orders> Order Details> Return.


Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
